Introduction

Holden On has been fabricating, welding and machining high-quality products for over 14 years.  We started the business creating offroad parts and fabricating offroad vehicles.  After the first few years, we moved into a full machine shop with numerous machines producing parts and components out of billet aluminum, steel and stainless along with laser cut flat bracketry.

• 3D CAM/Modeling, Concepts and Design using SolidWorks, Fusion 360 and BobCAD
• Laser Cutting (with a 3000-watt fiber laser on a 5'x10' table)
• 3D Scanning
• CNC Machining (3 Lathes, 2 Mills, Surface Grinder, Tube Bender, Thread Tapper)
• TIG and MIG welding of steel, aluminum and stainless
• Fabrication of offroad chassis, cages and 4-link systems
• Manufacturing of products and components for other companies such as aluminum and steel flat beds, steel transport beds, powerline reels and dollies, motorcycles, trucks, cars, golfcarts, go carts, airboats, pontoons/tritoons, slingshot, hunting tree stands, fuel tanks, toolboxes, water tanks, wheels, bead locks, yokes, flywheels, center consoles, seat stands, handicap accessible hydraulic systems, and more
